Since opening our Edinburgh studio in 2010, we’ve had the privilege of transforming many of the city's most significant historic buildings. Within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Edinburgh’s New Town, few properties are as iconic as the elegant Georgian townhouses that define its streetscape.

Over the years, we’ve been appointed on a number of projects at Manor Place, carefully adapting these remarkable buildings into spacious family homes, high-end residential apartments and exceptional luxury short-term accommodation.

We’re passionate about giving historic buildings a new chapter while celebrating the character that makes them so special. Our design approach combines contemporary architecture with a sensitive understanding of each building’s heritage, carefully retaining and restoring original architectural features while introducing modern interventions that enhance the way these homes are lived in today.
