Our Associate Director, Mark Donaghy, has been promoted to Design Director.

In the last 9 years, Mark has been an important part of our journey, and this promotion recognises both the work he has delivered and the leadership he brings to the practice.

With his strong design knowledge, experience in running complex projects, and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, Mark consistently brings a high level of care and expertise to everything he does.

Mark supports those around him, shares his knowledge, takes responsibility, and is always willing to go the extra mile.

His contribution has had a real impact on both our projects and our team. This next step is a reflection of how much he has grown, the trust he has built, and the value he brings to the team.
