A new luxury hillside villa project in Antigua

We’re continuing to expand our growing Caribbean portfolio and are excited to share our new luxury hillside villa project in Antigua, which further strengthens our presence within the region and reflects our ongoing focus on creating architecture that responds sensitively to place, landscape, and climate.

Embedded into the hillside, the villa unfolds as two linear wings orientated toward the harbour and beach, framing expansive panoramic views across the water.

Through a careful balance of solid volumes and glazed elements, the design creates light-filled spaces that strengthen the connection between interior living and the surrounding landscape.

The arrival sequence is designed as an experience in itself - a winding landscaped approach gradually reveals the home before opening into a dramatic double-height foyer, centred around a sculptural staircase.

Open-plan living spaces extend seamlessly toward the infinity pool and outdoor terraces, embracing a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle, while private spaces retreat deeper into the hillside setting.
