Our latest Georgian Townhouse conversion in Edinburgh’s New Town is now complete.

This stunning four-storey Category A listed townhouse in Rutland Square, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, has been sensitively and respectfully transformed into five luxury rental apartments.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with our client, Dragon Developments, alongside their contractors and our own consultancy network, to carefully preserve and restore the property’s original historic features.

The building has been meticulously upgraded to meet the stringent requirements of current building regulations, with modern amenities and high-quality finishes to suit contemporary living and the high expectations of the Edinburgh holiday rental market.

This has truly been a collaborative effort, and we’d like to extend a sincere thank you to the entire delivery team.
