A new commercial industrial development at Westfield Industrial Estate

We have been working closely with our longstanding client, Carnethy Developments LTD, on these proposals for a new commercial industrial development at Westfield Industrial Estate, just off the M80 near Cumbernauld.

Carnethy are a well-established developer broadening their portfolio into the Logistics and Industrial market.

The scheme comprises eight modern warehouse units for storage and distribution, ranging from approximately 940 sqm to 1,620 sqm, providing over 11,000 sqm of high-quality industrial space.

The development also includes associated hardstanding, access roads, car parking, and extensive landscaping to create an attractive and functional environment.

A key priority throughout the design process was delivering a development that balances operational efficiency with environmental responsibility.

Reflecting our client's strong commitment to sustainability, the proposals have been designed to meet the relevant BREEAM certification requirements while making the most of the site's existing landscape and natural setting.
