Ema is passionate about people, processes, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a business running smoothly and feeling great from the inside out.

Over the years, she’s worn many hats, covering everything from management and finance to immigration, education, events, HR, branding, client experience, photography, and social media. This varied experience means she brings a unique blend of skills to support our creative and dynamic team.

What really drives Ema is creating a friendly, professional, and relaxed environment where everyone can do their best work. She’s naturally outgoing and friendly, building genuine connections, whether encouraging a teammate, sorting out a tricky process, or sharing a laugh over coffee.

For her, it’s all about helping others feel empowered and proud of what they do, while making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Ema is also a lifelong learner, always eager to pick up new tools and ideas that help her grow both personally and professionally. Speaking five languages, she brings a broad perspective, a strong mindset, and a creative spark to everything she does.

She’s the bridge between structure and creativity, just as comfortable with spreadsheets as she is with art, design, people, culture, and brand.
